Return Policy

Items purchased directly on syl-eco.com

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. To start a return, contact us at info@syl-eco.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items purchased on Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop

If you bought your item through one of our marketplace storefronts, that platform's own return policy applies, not this one. Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop each handle returns and refunds directly through their own systems — please start a return through the platform where you placed the order.

Non-returnable items

• Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
• Items returned outside the 30-day window
• Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage not present at delivery
